As far as I understand it, the training is how they learned to use Sage Mode, and the locations are nothing more than where they found individuals to train them. The reason their Sage Modes differ is in the technique, not the location.
In my opinion, he's not saying that Jugo's clan's kekkei genkai literally has their origins in Ryuchi cave, but rather that their kekkei genkai is a passive, naturally occuring form of Sage Mode; Orochimaru wasn't interested in their kekkei genkai, he was interested in Sage Mode.

The chapter hasn't been postponed, we are just not getting it early this week and possibly as a norm from now on. What some, if not most of us read free online have been illegally leaked scans, then fan-translated. Scanning is essentially theft and releasing things for free online before they are supposed to be available are also other breaches of law, such as plagiarism, copyright infringement and many others.

Well, he was interested in the Kekkei Genkai because it was a Kekkei Genkai he didn't have. I have been referring to the various sage modes by the location of the training that we have seen for simplicity's sake. And, while I find it likely that Orochimaru knew Jiraiya had Sage Mode, I do not know if he understood it as something different than what he had, because he couldn't access the mode itself.

Regardless, this wiki would condone using the stolen, "illegally leaked scans" to update information on the wiki rather than waiting for the official release. Well, now we have no option but to wait for the official release.

You're putting it like Hagoromo (or better, Kaguya) is the ancestor of all shinobi. While it's unconfirmed, it seems Hagoromo made it so that even those who had no blood relation to him gained the ability to use chakra.
No just Hagoromo. And not genetically but in terms of the knowledge and the chakra he shared isn't he? Remove him and how many shinobi are there?
