ALL POSTSNamikaze clan
Looked on the wiki as far as the history of a lot of other clans but the Namikaze clan seems to be non existent other than Minato. Any info?

<p>@Yungshisui, there's no Namikaze clan, not that we know of. So far, "Namikaze" is just a surname.

<p>I only asked because Minato is a pretty key figure in the anime. For him to have no prior history or link somehow to the sage of six paths considering how legendary he is, well just baffling haha.

<p>I wouldn't call him "legendary"... pretty strong character, but we don't know too much about him (more specifically, his abilities, such as his affinity and such). At least, not as much as we'd like I guess... </p>

<p>For all we know, Minato just came from a ninja family, like with Kakashi. And like Kakashi and Sakumo did with the Hatake surname, Minato made the Namikaze name famous during the Third Shinobi World War.
