<p>From what little application we seen of Yin to other elements, it turns the element black. Is it possible that Blaze is created when Fire and Yin mix? It would technically still be fire release, as Amatarasu is stated to be.

But is a part of the "Nature Transformations" and at can be added to Nature Transformations like Sasuke's Chidori. Maybe Madara's Lightning Dispatch.

<p>They are non-nature chakra transformation. They have still interacted with the nature transformations though.

A combination of a chakra nature and Yin or Yang to create an advanced chakra nature is simply not possible, because Yin and Yang are no chakra natures. If Yin and Yang can be used to enhance or amplify a chakra nature is another story, but apparently, it works.
