The Uchihas were blamed for the Kyuubi incident. An accusation Konoha never officially revoked. They were always seen as the bad ones. With prime examples like Itachi, who supposedly murdered his entire clan to test his strength, Obito, who started an entire war out of hatred, Madara, who had a big impact on the entire war and Sasuke, who opposed Konoha and wished to destroy it, I don't think anyone ever associated the Uchihas with any positive events.

What I'm wondering about Sarada is how come their is no record of her birth in the hospital? To be honest I wasn't bothered when she saw Karin in that picture but "this" now that's very odd for me and got me actually wondering who are she.
