<p>All hokage in their primes free for all in forest of death. 1st Hokage till 7th hokage. No Dead Demon Consuming Seal (reaper death seal jutsu). No alliances and Naruto has Kurama mode and Tailed beast mode but doesn't have spsm. HOKAGE can't team but edo can team with Hokage and so can summons.

<p>Any Hokage will fight together with Naruto, because of the talk no jutsu and Comrades Technique. If it's going to be all vs all, it would be Naruto which is said to be the strongest Hokage.
