Naruto without SPSM? Then Hashi all the way. Faguto is nothing compared to Hashi. The first do die would be my fave Kakashi (one of the coolest characters in the series, but still comparatively weak nonetheless); followed by Tsunade; then perhaps Minato or Tobirama, I dunno. Personally I favour Tobirama both for his brilliant mind and extremely powerful Senju chakra. But Minato has good chances of taking out Tobirama before going down himself (Minato has superior FTG to blitz Tobirama, though Tobi's demonstrably superior brain and experience should counteract it). But if Minato has Yin Kurama then I think he has better chances, though Kyuubi Jin Edo Minato turned out to be a big disappointment during Hokages vs. Juubito. Hiruzen will be next, purely due to Kishi's senseless DB4 overhype -_-

The final showdown would probably be between Nartard and Hashi, though I think we can't rule out the possibility that Hiruzen/Tobirama/Minato would manage to take Naruto down before Hashi does. Because Naruto is a one-trick pony whose entire fighting style revolves Kurama, Kage Bunshin and Rasengan variants. The first four Hokages are more than capable of avoiding or countering Naruto's Bijuu Dama and Rasenshuriken, which is all Naruto has apart from enhanced speed, frog kumite and magical healing powers thanks to Kurama (which still looks inferior to Hashi's, though).

But regardless of who ultimately takes Naruto out, the ultimate winner will be Hashi since Nartard doesn't have magical Jesus powers from Hagoromo. So the victory in this scenario will go to the true God of Shinobi: Hashirama, not a manufactured god like Naruto. And before anyone brings up Hagoromo and Kaguya as gods of shinobi, all I'll say is that both Hagoromo and Kaguya were predecessors of what we now call shinobi; not shinobi per se.
