<p>Itachi is getting his own anime in spring 2016, it's not confirmed whether or not this will be part of shippuden. the anime will be based off of two paper back novels released in Japan. </p><p>Honestly I am looking forward to this, Itachi has always been tied with Sasuke and Madara as my favourite character, so him getting his own anime is awesome. </p>
