<p>Yeah it depends on one's own definition of strongest. </p><p>I personally feel Six Paths: Chibaku Tensei is the strongest technique in Naruto, Kaguya was the most powerful opponent in the series and was stopped by that technique, but like I said others can disagree and argue for Indra's Arrow etc... </p>
