(Possibly Jiraiya since he is more adept at using Sage Mode but I could be wrong).

Why people always bring up minato SM when he himself admitted that is not good with it?

Because Jiraiya's Sage Mode sucks in comparison.

<p>That depends how you look at it. While he can't enter it and maintain it himself, because of Ma and Pa, they are able to continously absorb natural energy for Jiraiya, making up for his imperfect Sage Mode, giving him more time in the mode. </p>

<p>Jiraiya's imperfect sage mode arguably gives him some physical advantages too. I personally don't think there is anything wrong with being an imperfect sage as long as you have ma and pa. Jiraiya was able to balance the energy enough to avoid becoming a statue , and from there a perfect sage mode has no real difference in power with an imperfect sage, it's just the physical features that are different. So with ma and pa, jiraiya can maintain sage mode for a longer time and doesn't have to worry about balancing any further nature energy himself , and he gets the added bonus of genjustu plus Sage Art Goemen.

<p>Minato's complaints essentially describe Naruto's Sage Mode when he first uses it against pain. It works fine, it's simply not on the level of his other jutsu like Hiraishin or Rasengan. </p>

<p>SM Jiraiya is stronger than Hokage Minato (Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld or Sage Art: Goemon can reduce number of Kunais and Jiraiya has better arsenal of jutsus). BM Minato is too strong for Jiraiya (Minato can teleport Tailed Beasts Bomb to Jiraiya, and J-man has no answer on that).

<p>Where's BM Minato gonna get TBB's from? </p><p>Quite interesting match up, but wasn't Jiraiya able to enter imperfect sage mode by himself?, there was a flashback when Naruto was learning sage mode. </p>
