<p>Nagato at full health, full power, and full mobility is easily bijuu mode tier. Nagato as only an Edo with bad legs still was owning Naruto and B, Itachi had to resort to Sword of Totsuka to beat him. Kabuto considers emaciated edo Nagato with bad legs second only to an artificially enhanced(wood release) edo rinnegan madara.. so if you consider the difference between that edo nagato and a living, full health, full mobility Nagato then you know the truth. Nagato is monstrous.
