<p>I think we have enough information to say that Rinnegan techniques are not the same as power, and while Powers are immediate, techniques have to be figured out by the user. </p><p>Preta Path gives the POWER to absorb chakra by touch. But Absorbtion Blocking is a Jutsu that has to be learned. <p>I suspect the Rinnegan's basic Dojutsu power is Power over Chakra. It can see chakra, it can manifest will, it can easily learn elemental transforms and jutsu. The Purple Rinnegan is special in that it gives control over Six Paths Chakra (which itself is power over life and death) and so gives greater power and death-themed powers. </p>

<p>well, guys, chakra is chakra.. they can all be absorbed.. and if a jutsu has chakra in it, then it can nullified/absorbed just as easily.. not such thing as special rinne, nor special jutsu in my opinion.. in the new boruto chap, momoshiki used deva path, so for now, all rinnes, and their wielders have that power, and if they have one power in common, then maybe the others are too... maybe rinne are closely to being classified to ms, since each wielder has their own power. sasuke's ameno, madara's limbo, and momo's fruit making/jutsu abs.-releasing... makes sense? </p>

<p>Tobirama himself says that the brain releases a special chakra. We later learn of Six Paths chakra, which also isn't normal chakra. Biju are made of chakra, yet it's clear that they're nothing like the regular chakra people use. </p><p>Then there's the fact that chakra can be elementally recomposed, so wind chakra is not the same as Earth chakra. </p>

Do you guys think naruto still has a little bit of all the tailed beasts chakras?

I think he has a dormant amount left in him, enough to communicate mentally with them, if in case of another world crisis dire emergency occurs...but not enough to actually use in a fight. </p><p>Its like the same way when he had to get a piece of each Beast's chakra to be able to pull them out of Obito - the same way Gaara could pull out Shukaku as well. Most probably once you have had a Tailed Beast's chakra in you, you have a long lasting link with them even after they are extracted from your body. That would also explain how Killer Bee got 8 Tails back as well as how Perfect Jins can release the full Biju and still remain alive... </p>

Pretty sure he has them otherwise he wouldn't be able to access six paths mode.He got all tailed beasts and that's how six paths mode was blossomed.While hagoromo gave him yang power and sasuke ying which enabled him to get rinnegan.
