<p>okay, don't believe me. im sure every single person in this thread knows this, besides u man. btw, sasuke would have gotten the rinne anyways, from sm kabuto, who gave him hashi cells, so that he could heal from when he got stabbed by madara (this all happened before he got the sp chakra from hago). he would be way weaker, but would still have the rinne. the same type of thing revolves around naruto's powers. only the juubi can give the sp senjutsu, and not the regular bijuu, nor their chakras accumulated. hago had sp senjutsu before he got the juubi, as well as asura, who had never even heard of a bijuu in his life, and still had it. basic stuff man. read it on the wiki. </p>
