<p>You got to be kidding...just read on Five Elements Seal page so i won't have to explain it to you. In short, the seal disturbed Naruto's chakra as well because "an odd-numbered seal creates an imbalance when placed on top of an even-numbered seal", as was stated. So, yes, the Five Elements Seal disturbed Naruto's chakra more than Kurama did, so when Naruto had the seal removed, he restored his usual routine and had his chakra control on a Kurama disturbance level again.
And those are the author word, it's quite clearly. Kishimoto wouldn't gone out of his way to make Kakashi say a statement about the main protagonist, Naruto, and the main plot, Kurama, just for it to be half-truth or whatever, especially in part 1. Honestly, i think i provided enough arguments and enough clear evidence regarding the topic for my comments to be considered true.
