<p>Who do you guys think was the most underrated Ninja from Naruto's generation.
The generation doesn't involve Kakashi or the Sensei or anyone too old to be called as part of that, e.g; Killer Bee.
I am listing a few names, you guys can add other people and explain your opinion.
Neji, Shino, Tenten, Kiba, Kankuro, Temari, Omoi, Chojuro, Suigetsu, Jugo, and the list goes on.
</p><p>Imo Neji, Suigetsu and Shino went pretty underrated given to their introduction was pretty badass and even tho they have a good popularity they were never made to standout.

<p>man, either shino, kiba, or tenten (but the fisrt 2 mostly. even she had it better than them lol).. ino cant be underrated, since u cant get any lower than that lol

<p>Ino seems to be rated just fine. She's not that strong on her own due to her jutsu, but proved invaluable in a team composition.
</p><p>IMHO the most underrated is Tenten, a ninja with a style that is WAY stronger than ever depicted. Imagine an army being supplied by Tenten, conjuring up whatever they needed at any given moment. Need more exposive tags? A few bales of tags coming up! More weapons? here's a thousand Kunai. Unusual drought? here's a small lake. Pesky swamp? Now it's gone.
</p><p>She could basically carry any necessity in a fraction of the volume it really has. And while it would never make her a godlike shinobi, she's far more undervalued for her skills than any other.

<p>She sure is underrated, but in a world relying on chakra and inhumane strength, what more could have been done by her, though she could have been used more like Ino was, as a support, but nope they didn't use her in that way either. And as for Ino, I agree with you as the whole team asuma was treated better than most other teams, with Shikamaru coming out as invaluable. </p>

<p>It would've required a change in story direction, sure. But as far as i know, every single other k12 shinobi really got a chance to shine. The most powerful opponent Tenten defeated was her own clone during the rescue of Gaara. </p>

<p>I thought TenTen beat one of Kakuzu's mask? Still TenTen is the most underrated despite the fact she's really strong if you think about it. She has supreme accuracy, can use any weapon she gets her hands on, and is a walking armory with how much gear she has sealed away. Not to mention she's pretty good with taijutsu since she's on team guy and likely the fastest kunochi.
