<p>This is Menma Uzumaki vs alive Itachi. Menma has access to Obito's MS abilities and Itachi has TB and YM. Menma is limited to two minutes of continuous intangibility and regular kamui speed. Itachi's TB and YM are strictly considered to, seal individuals that only the tip pierces and only block attack's in one direction respectively. They are to be considered as physically a sword and shield.

<p>I amend my statement to genjutsu-like world then. But notice the choice of words. Similar to genjutsu world? So an illusion world only existing in your mind? I don't see it making a difference to my point though, please explain.

<p>Not an illusion world, but a world like an illusion. That's all that's stated. But notice the choice of words when it states to be able to seal /anyone/ and /anything/. If it can only seal those that can be placed in Genjutsu, why would it state anyone and anything, instead of just anyone?

<p>I am noticing the choice of words. It could have said sealed in a separate world, dimension or plane. Instead it states a genjutsu-like world. A world similar to an imaginary place only existing in the victim's mind. So yeah, only living things can be placed in such a world.

</p><p>The problem here is, if you want to take statements like that literally, you have to take all of it literally. Yes, it says anyone and anything, but the genjutsu-like world part supersedes that part of the statement.

If the totsuka blade can't seal non-living objects that means that the victims clothes wold remain in the real world, which is impracticle.

<p>^That's actually a good point, but TB actually hasn't sealed clothes. When used on Orochimaru, it only sealed his organic form. When used on Nagato it sealed the edo replication clothes, not actual clothes. But I do agree that it is not practical to leave clothes behind.
