<p>Um, how is MS Madara stronger than a EMS Sasuke? </p><p>Tobirama isn't much of a power ranker, his abilities allow him to escape attacks from susanoo. But what about a whole ranged attack? Like all four arms of susanoo swinging all around, or Kirin or Amaterasu or TB(Maybe it's slow) and Susanoo and the skills of the Uchiha brothers alone are gonna give Tobirama a tough fight. </p>

<p>his water release can cut shinju tree roots in half (the same tree root that are comparable to madara's wood relase who can even hold kurama down, so Tobi's water release> kurama's physical strength (who can handle 4 bijuu at the same time physically)> ems sasuke. kinda simple logic </p>

Tobirama has Teleportation Jutsu but not sure how he would go through Yata Mirror. I would still stick with Uchiha Brothers for a win.
