Does using yin yang release act like a version of Sage Mode (since the wiki says Naruto could sense Madara's limbo clones by using Yin-Yang release to amplify his senses) ?
No, no and no.
Yin represents spirit, ideas, experiences. Yang represents physical energy, strength. Combined, they essentially represent all aspects. This is why Yin-Yang release can nullify normal ninjutsu.
However, Senjutsu adds nature energy, and nature energy is not part of the chakra system. So, it can't be nullified.
