<p>Now from a recent debate, a new(or can be old) opinion has raised up about Neji being able to take on Gaara(part 1), I on one, don't believe that Neji is that extremely strong and skilled enough to take on even base Gaara. But as it is, I can be wrong here. So I wanted to make sure about all of your opinion about this. </p><p>So there's two set of battle rounds, basically the same situation of Sasuke vs Gaara, but with Neji in place of Sasuke. </p><p>So there will be overall two rounds, first round being conducted on the chunnin exams. And the second round, that is, if Neji survives the first round, against partial tailed beast Gaara in the forest. The one thing to note is that Neji will sustain all damage from his first round at the second round too, since both these alternated situations are taken place on the same day. </p><p>Both have as much as intel about each other, as much as they witnessed in the battle of Neji vs Hinata and Lee vs Gaara. So let's see which genin is truely the strongest here. </p>
