<p>Anyways, I doubt it's a plot hole. </p><p>Both of Obito's eyes had something different than Obito about them. </p><p>Kakashi had been using his eye for years, and with all his chakra funneling to it, it probably made it harder to identify with Obito's. </p><p>Obito has Hashi cells which have been implied to have let Obito keep his Mangekyo with no side-effects. So with all the Hashi chakra goin through it, it probably made it harder to identify. </p><p>Now, remember that pretty much no one in Konoha 11 have any idea who Obito is or how Kakashi got his Sharingan. Hinato would probably be able to see similarities if she actually looked for them, but she had no reason to. There was absolutely no reason for her to believe Tobi and Kakashi were similar in any way. Add to that the things masking the nature of the eyes that I mentioned above, and it's not a plot hole that the signatures weren't noticed. </p>

<p>Hinata had NO reason to look. She was trying to figure out tobis jutsu.And shouldn't ur theory apply to Danzo. And provide me with some kind of proof which suggests that kakashi's chakra would cause such a change to the sharingan. If Danzo's chakra had undergon such change my entire theory would be pretty brittle but unfortunately it didn't. </p>

<p>No reason to look for similarities between Tobi's right eye and Kakashi's left. At that point they didn't even know that his abilities were tied to his eye. </p><p>Add to it that both chakras were covered up in some way, and she wouldn't notice a a similarity. Especially since she couldn't figure out why bits of his body were suddenly not existing in their dimension. </p><p>Not a plothole </p>

By the way why wouldn't she realize that parts of his body were disappearing. If jutsus never contact those parts charkra pathways shouldn't be visible

<p>.... She did realize they were disappearing. Who said she didn't realize? </p><p>I said she couldn't figure out why they were disappearing. As soon as they disappeared, she was probably scanning directly for them or all around, trying to figure out where they went. </p>

<p>To be honest, shouldn't Hinata see through Obito's mask and see his face? </p><p>I guess we can conclude that Obito's mask is special. Like why not? It's not exactly like he wears different types of mask, in a world with Byakugan users, chakra sensors and what not, I feel Obito would choose or make a mask with special sealings to it, Obito's smart and resourceful enough to do that. </p><p>And about Chakra, maybe his chakra changed? I mean Uchiha chakra gets darker and becomes unrecognizeble, like how Karin stated about MS Sasuke,(plus we need to include Karin in this list, since she should atleast seen the eye chakra of Obito and Kakashi), Shisui's case is that he never changed, personality wise, meaning his chakra stayed the same, which Ao could recognize from the war itself. </p>

<p>Yes, Danzo's chakra probably changed the signature. But Ao still remembered Shisui's chakra specifically. And since he looked specifically for the eye power, he recognized Shisui's chakra. Hinata was looking for no such similarities. </p><p>Also, Danzo was actively using Shisui's most powerful jutsu. Of course Shisui's power would bleed through more. It's not like Hinata had even seen Kakashi use Kamui at that point to compare the techniques. So she had no comparison. </p><p>She had never seen Obito's power on its own. Ao had seen Shisui's power on its own. So he recognized it when the technique surfaced </p><p>Ao looked specifically at Danzo's eye and felt the power of Koto. Hinata looked at Obito and was looking at his body specifically. Even if she noticed the power of Kamui in Tobi's eye, she had never seen Kakashi use Kamui. On top of that, they're two different versions of Kamui. </p>

Well i guess I was wrong. I kinda new before but it still seem there is something wrong here.
