<p>Let's be real. Hebi Sasuke is one of the MOST underrated character in the series. People think that Sasuke can't do shit against Kakashi without MS or Susano'o. But the thing is, his feats say otherwise. I'll remind you that Sasuke had already reached Kage level at the beginning of Shippuden & was capable of killing Deidara, Itachi ( Holding back ) and 1000 Sound ninja. And we don't even know whether Kakashi has copied 1000 techniques. He barely uses 50 and people still use the arguement that Kakashi can use 1000 techniques.

<p>Kakashi found Rasen-Shuriken to be the BIGGEST threat ever upon seeing it the first time. I seriously fail to see how Kirin, which looks FAR deadlier and more dangerous isn't even a threat.

Did he? I don't recall anything like that. Plus Kakashi has actually cut real lightning. It's not far-off that he could do the same to kirin.

<p>Kakashi was said to cut lightning, but was it real lightning and was it as powerful as Kirin? Since you don't have the answer to that, it's be no limit fallacy to even say he could cut Kirin. Literally one of the most powerful techniques ever produced at that point in Shippuden.

He was glaring at it in such a way as if he had never ever seen a technique like that in the WHOLE 30 years in his life. He also added how it was even impossible for his Sharingan to keep up with Rasen-Shuriken. He realizes how it is even more dangerous when Tsunade analyzes the after-effects on Kakuzu's body in Konoha Hospital ( The scene with Tsunade, Kakashi and Shizune )

DB states that Sasuke just reshaped lightning. So it's just more designer lightning striking Kakashi. Plus usual lightning strikes are not limited to single shot, they are usually barrages which strike same point quite a number of times.

<p>Raikiri is S rank too. Rank doesn't mean anything. Lightning has much lesser reaction time compared to kirin if you look at real data. So yes Kakashi can not only react but can actually nullify it. So the only way I see Sasuke winning this fight is outlasting. I don't know why you are saying that much about Rasenshuriken but they seem to be more of your opinion than Kakashi's. </p>

Hell, some are leagues apart. Like for example: Rasen-Shuriken and Lightning Cutter. Just look at the difference between the power levels. Rasen-Shuriken is FAAAAAR more dangerous, while both are literaly classfied in the same rank ( i.e the 'S' rank ).

For starters Raikiri is proven to be strongest of lightning release since it actually stopped a real lightning strike. Whereas Kirin has shown nothing of the sort.
