Shadow Clone Jutsu and the Transformation Technique

In the Naruto world, as long as you train for it, you could perform all kind of E to B rank jutsu, as long as it isn't kekkai genkai, hidden and as long you have the elemental affinity. If I could choose, I would like to have Wind and Water releases. </p>
