All Chakra is, is Physical energy mixed with Spiritual energy. Everyone had both before Chakra was a thing, but had no way of connecting the two to form Chakra. The tree gets that from the blood of others, or it's made of entirely of one of those energies and gets the other from the blood, or it already has both and just feeds on blood for reasons not specified. Either way, it forms a fruit out of those two energies that grant whoever eats it, Chakra.

Kaguya herself, the first to wield Chakra, utilized Chakra itself to meld her internal energies. Chakra is needed to amplify Chakra for Jutsu. It feels like a retcon, where characters needed to originally meld their energies to produce Chakra, now it seems like there is an underlying "base" Chakra energy that is then amplified and given properties based on the energies used to amplify it.

Normal chakra cannot produce more chakra. Biju are made of chakra but if you eat their chakra, you can produce more of their chakra (IE goldNsilver brothers). Hagoromo's chakra can be recreated from a reaction between Indra and Ashura chakras, but no other normal does this.

The problem isn't in the properties. The problem is that these two chakras work under fundamentally different rules, which creates confusion about why it works in one case but not in another. Why can biju create more chakra despite being pure chakra, but other chakra cannot?

Has a Tailed Beast ever stated they are infusing more Chakra? Because I always assumed they were regathering it after use. Kurama doesn't regenerate the Chakra he loses after being split by Minato. And he needed to draw in Naruto's own Chakra to regain his strength.

Why's it so crazy to think normal human chakra doesn't carry all the characteristics of monsters (the biju) and aliens (the Otsutsuki) without direct contact?

This is like, exactly what Kabuto did by implanting himself with a buncha DNA from other people.

Being made of chakra and being chakra are 2 different things. Susanoo and Kurama avatar are chakra. Tailed Beasts/Shadow Clones/Nature Transformation etc etc, are made of chakra. Kankaku and Ginkaku ate Kurama's flesh and were receptive to his chakra. Cannibals never showed in the series but the Corpse Clone works off the same principle of taking on properties of another being by eating some of them.

There hasnt been another circumstance in which a parent's chakra was trying to be recreated by mixing their childrens chakra.

Certain chakra signatures can be attributed to specific clans so there really is no evidence to support that there is no way to recreate a preants chakra through their kids.

Having different properties means having different rules. Solids and liquids are different forms of matter but their different properties cause them to react to a baseball bat differently.

You are also comparing chakra of normal humans to chakra of alien/beasts which have been shown/stated to have different properties and thus different rules.

Bijuu can create more chakra because they are chakra given living form. And living organisms can make more chakra.

A Rasengan, which is actually just pure chakra, cant make more chakra.

How does Madara contradict that when he literally states that connecting ones physical energy and spiritual energy increases the volumes of Chakra they had when Hagoromo gave them Chakra in the chapters you provided?

Because the process differs. Madara treats Chakra as the component that allws the energies to infuse instead of it being the product.

Part 1: Physical Energy + Mental Energy = Chakra

Part 2: Physical Energy + Mental Energy > Ninjutsu Chakra

Both states of matter still follow the same fundamental rules. Both forms of chakra do not. Even so, it makes no sense that this is still simply called chakra when they have such an essential difference in function. We have all sort of releases to indicate chakra taking on specific elements, we have senjutsu chakra to denote it has nature energy mixed in.

Yet they do not turn into infinitely powerful beasts. There seems to be a limit to how much chakra they have and how much they can produce. There's more going on than then merely being chakra.

Biju are stated to be pure chakra. Kurama is pure chakra. Kinkaku and Ginkaku ate Kurama's chakra-flesh, and so received his chakra. But that flesh is chakra. It's a distinction without a difference.

They are Chakra given Form. Hagoromo created them through the use of Yin-Yang Release, dividing Kaguya's Chakra into 9 separate pieces and then granting them sentience.

They are Chakra like Fire Release is Chakra. Imagine a Rasengan with the ability to sustain itself.

Their Chakra itself likely holds its sentience, explaining the "Will" in Tailed Beasts' Chakra and how they are able to reform after dispersal.
