<p>Kabuto healed Sasuke's heart using the knowledge he gained from hashi cells, but it wasn't explicitly said that Sasuke has hashi cells in him. I mean Sasuke never displayed hashi's healing factor. Having hashi cells literally gives Sasuke a boost in power, so I wanted to know whether Sasuke does have hashi cells or it's just a speculation.

<p>Getting his cells doesn't automatically and freely grant all his power. Yamato has wood release but shows no god-healing. Zetsu show his healing but not a good wood release. </p>

Also Sasuke probably has a small amount of Hashi's cells in him. Madara awakened the rinnegan with just a small chunk from Hashirama.

<p>Sasuke was healed using Hashi Cells by Kabuto...Probably transplanted em to heal his organs etc...and also, just before, Hashirama himself passed on his chakra and a jutsu to seal Sage Chakra to Sasuke, which is why Sasuke went after Madara, remember?
</p><p>Probably because of those two things, he was able to awaken One-Eyed Rinnegan,...along with the Sage of 6 Path's boost of help, when receiving the Six Paths Shadow Style.

<p>Maybe i should clarify. </p><p>It doesn't give power *on the level of hashirama*. Yamato may have better healing, but it's not hashirama-level healing. Same with Zetsu not having hashirama-level wood release. </p>

<p>Didn't the wounds he sustained from Shin's projectiles heal on their own? I don't remember Sakura or Naruto healing any of them. So, I think he does have regeneration, but it could stem from his Six Paths Power instead of his Hashirama mods. </p>

<p>kabuto actually never said he used hashirama's cells to heal Sasuke, on the contrary he said that he took what he learnt by studying hashirama's cells to speed up sasuke's healing. meaning by studying hashirama's cells he found out how to speed up the healing of an individual
