I see no Wood release or healing without handsigns so probably not but lets be real Sasuke at that point in the series really didn't need to be anymore OP so Hashirama cells are thankfully not a part of Sasuke.

<p>Didn't the wounds he sustained from Shin's projectiles heal on their own? I don't remember Sakura or Naruto healing any of them. So, I think he does have regeneration, but it could stem from his Six Paths Power instead of his Hashirama mods. </p> </div> <p>Yeah, I didn't notice it at first but Sakura never healed Sasuke both the times, first during getting stabbed in the back and later through his chest by shin. It's just that his wound were never shown to heal themselves like it was shown for Naruto or Madara( with hashi cells ). For example when Naruto removed sasuke's sword from his abdomen ,his wounds were shown to heal themselves. </p><p>@starscream on the contrary, it would look awesome from Sasuke to use wood release. It'll be great to bring back that monstrous kekkai genkai. Obviously he can't use it on the same scale as hashi did, but he could create his own techniques with it. Oh come on didn't Naruto get a new arm which gives him the ability to absorb ninjutsu, I mean wasn't he OP enough, that they gave him a rinnegan ability. </p>

<p>Both Naruto and Sasuke should have Wood Release and regeneration. Naruto already had regeneration prior to Hashi arm transplant, so his healing can't truly be attributed to Hashi cells, though. </p>

<p>Neither Naruto nor Sasuke have Hashirama’s healing factor. Naruto has Kurama’s chakra to heal him and that’s his primarely healing factor, on top of being an Uzumaki. Also they are both six paths users , so that must boost their resistence by some degree. Also we are talking about ninjas here. Mere kunais to the back won’t hurt a good enough ninja drastically. Even Kakashi got sliced pretty badly by Obito and he could fight on without being healed. Naruto got pierced by multiple rinengan rods by Pain in his back and could still hold a dialog with him, and that was before controlling the nine tails or getting six paths. </p>

<p>The fourth databook literally says "His body itself brimming with vitality, those with Hashirama's cells have heightened healing ability." </p><p>Come one people, don't be so dense. It wouldn't be in the respective articles on the wiki if it weren't true. </p>

<p>He also said he used knowledge of various people to use his Strange Transmission Distant Shadow technique despite obviously using their DNA and cells. It means the same thing. <p>Yamato doesn't heal without handsigns. Neither does Danzo. Both have his cells. Zetsu have almost non-existent wood release, and they have his cells. Given that Kabuto had access to zetsu and Sakura had access to Zetsu, i think it's clear that Sasuke got some of those weaker cells (since they also don't murder you when you run out of chakra), as did Naruto for his prosthesis. </p><p>Neither needs the power upgrade, making a weak but controlled injection (IE zetsu material) a far superior option to "gives loads of power but fucks you over when you have no chakra" IE the Danzo option (or any of the other 24-ish Yamato candidates). </p>

<p>There is no evidence that Sasuke's injection had anything to do with Zetsu, only Hashirama's cells were mentioned. Same for Naruto's prosthesis, Tsunade cultivated it from Hashirama's cells, not Zetsu goo. But then again, it's possible. Both Kabuto and Tsunade had access to White Zetsu stuff. </p><p>Regardless, even White Zetsu-modified Hashi cells would still allow Naruto and Sasuke to use Wood Release, so they should be listed as users no matter how you look at it and the only reason they haven't is due to stubbornness. </p><p>Also Yamato doesn't have Hashirama's cells, he has some of his DNA, different kind of procedure. </p>

<p>Oro used Hashirama's DNA to make Yamato into a clone of Hashirama DNA wise. Sense he was not a transmigrant the differences are noticeable besides appearance. </p><p>VS Momoshiki, Sasuke got burned badly by Momoshiki, while Naruto was getting all pissed over it Sasuke healed as if nothing ever happened and I think that was the Hashirama cells in effect. So he def has the healing ability it seems, but that's it because it may have been just Zetsu version of the cells like killman said. </p>
