That is selfish by you got to realize something, you wouldn’t want your child to grow up the same way you did that though, and it’s not just anybody’s birthday it’s his Daughters birthday. This man could summon over 5000 clones but he can’t even summon 1 to his work so he could at least spend SOME time with his family. Exactly. Boruto's by no means an amazing character but considering his backstory he has some damn good character development so far. MF went from playing video games to killing gods

C`mon, I'm tired of these comparisons aka "Boruto is ungrateful spoiled brat". If his dad had a messed up childhood, it doesn't mean that Boruto has no right to complain about his parents. I'm pretty sure anyone would be enraged if their dad ruined theirs/their sister's birthday.
