Akatsuki without obito still include a lot of super powerful guys. Also I at least always thought hidan and itachi would be a sick combo, because itachi can lit hidan in amatersu, and use him as human torch. Guy use physical, blunt attacks, so he'd actually have to tear hidan's head apart by grabbin and pullin (sorry if I get to violent). And nagato can catch him by surprise with his invincible chameleon, with itachi inside, to put him in tsukuyomi before he even realized he is looking at him, and I don't really see how guy will defeat deidara's c4, or was it c0, the thing that disintegrate things, and kisame's giant water prison sure will slow guy down, at least enough for kakuzu to electrocute it, and Guy can't really defeat pain's splitting dog, he'd have to go after him, and pain can hide in his chameleon, and have deidara creating exploding clone of him, so guy will go after it and blow up, and I can think of many other ways of super teamwork of the akatsuki. To sum up, guy's fast and strong, godly so, but it's one field, and the akatsuki are a group with all sort of different, unique and powerful abilities. They'd be able to defeat him, or at least hold their own against him enough for him to die from the drawbacks.
