Minato takes this. I believe he can deal with Guy before Guy can enter the 8 Gates. 7 Gates Guy is fast, but Minato’s FTG is far superior in speed. I don’t see Guy reacting to Minato in time, thus ending the fight in a potential blitz. If the matchup starts with 8 Gates then it gets pretty interesting.
