Mecha Naruto bodied Rasenshuriken Naruto and he has all of the skills of ashura path and more to help him. Mecha Naruto still has the Nine Tails if anything goes wrong need be, has the abiltiy to fly, drop down bombs, configure his arm into weapons, all of it.

Also in the wikia its stated that he can assume a 3 tails forme
