Just had a thought, if Naruto has so much work to do as Hokage, why doesn’t he use his Shadow Clones to do the work with him so he could get it done faster?
Did you take look at naruto in boruto? The man's so tired he can barely walk straight. I highly doubt he can maintain shadow clones. That exactly what happened in hima's birthday.
Poor naruto. My boy works too hard, weirdly, probably the most out of every hokage in terms of paperwork and such. Pretty ironic.
