Chiyo has been stated to fight hanzo and hanzo managed to no diff the sanin and the sanin includes tsundae jiraya and orochimaru tsundae was able to fight along side the raikge against madara so if tsundae was able to keep up against madara and tusandae fought hanzo but chiyo fought hanzo alone and survived prime chiyo would scale above tsundae form that logic

So if tsundae was able to fight along side theraikge she would be only a bit slower than the raikage but chiyo fought hanzo who fought the sanin who includes tsundae chiyo's speed would be on power with the raikge so that poison is definitely hitting neji
