Also, for scaling purposes, I’d probably give this one to Tobirama (although Itachi is about relative in that sense). He’s not weak at all. He’s one of the top tiers in speed and intelligence. The only problem is that people overcompensate for Tobirama nay sayers by claiming that he’s one of the strongest characters in the verse or something outlandish like that. If he weren’t constantly living in the shadow of his brother, as well as other godly Hokage like Naruto, I think the discussion surrounding him would be a lot more reasonable. Still, Itachi is probably the most overrated character in the grand scheme of things. Hinata’s also pretty overrated. Eighth Gate Guy is a little overrated in scaling, not to say that it isn’t well deserved. I mean, it’s pretty well deserved for all these characters. After all, there’s a reason they all get so much hype in the first place.
