Genin Itachi can defeat Genin Obito. Chunin itachi can defeat Chunin Obito. Chunin Itachi can defeat 2 tomoe Sharingan Obito. Anbu 3 tomoe sharingan Itachi can defeat Zetsu Armor Obito. Anbu Mangekyo Itachi can defeat zetsu armor mangekyo obito. Akatsuki MANGEKYO itachi cannot defeat yellow mask obito. Akatsuki mangekyo itachi is tied with orange mask obito. then the rest of the version of obito starting from white masked obito can defeat itachi even the edo.
