It said that it can only be used by those who have Six Paths Senjutsu but Sasuke doesn't have it

What translation is that? Ive seen ones where it simply states that he has the bijuu and SPS, not that he has them because of the bijuu.

And that statement is also not corroborated by any other source. In fact, it is contradicted by every other source. Very explicitly. It also makes no sense that he needs Kurama for SPSM but nothing from Kurama for SPSM

It’s canon therefor it counts take it as you wish.. we will find out in the next chapters anyway

@Indra's Arrow Looking on the article, it's says it's referenced in the 4th databook that Yin-yang seals and six paths senjutsu are needed to perform it. Whether that is sourced from Hagoromo or Naruto is not clear. I don't have the english translation of the 4th databook, but I'll ask a few other editors to confirm it.

"It is a Fuuinjutsu that can only be used by individuals who have awakened Senjutsu from the six paths. Chibaku Tensei is the version that can be used individually, while Six Paths Chibaku Tensei is a more powerful version that requires two individuals combining Yin and Yang powers."

As related to where the power is sourced:

"The heavenly body of the Six Paths is invoked when two people touch the sealing target with the Yin and Yang seals respectively."

"When the Sage of Six Paths used it to seal Ten-Tails, it is said that Six Paths Chibaku Tensei was launched becoming the current Moon. By compiling such a large amount of chakra, it is possible to create a sealing orb the size of a Satellite."

Hagoromo did it on his own, as well as Sasuke and Naruto after obtaining the power from a secondary source.

Sasuke does in fact have Six Paths Senjutsu because he was able to stand on Naruto‘s Truth Seeking Orb
