Well he was once member of the Roger pirates,became a shichibukai,talked up to whitebeard,number one rival of Shanks,saved Luffy's more than once and also because of his devil fruit he cannot cut🤡🤡

I was just playing around man buggy would not win if we are being serious um and the difference during that time period he was sent yo Impel down and became stronger amassed powerful pirates that he now leads,gained the ability to fly to an extent and he survived an attack from Mihawk but i don't think he would win against all of them
Also I’ve kinda been wondering is he immune to being stabbed as well or just cuts? I don’t see how they could hurt him with just swords unless he can be stabbed or something
A great wb feat which is breaking a mountain with a headbutt is pretty small in naruto and buggy isnt even close to wb and you forget someone like zabuza also has more than a sword
