Remember that konohamaru said; "its an actual rasengan" so plz not to say he copy that jutsu. No hand signs use in rasengan and also koji kashin has not sharigan. So plz give a legit theory.
He’s a clone of Jiraiya, so since Jiraiya himself could use it, Koji can too.
