Lee in some people's minds is hyper active and quite annoying, I don't believe this but I see where they're coming from.

Well imo when a character is like very enthusiastic and over the top personality can be annoying IF it's personality does not apports nothing to the character, but in the case of Lee his personality just suits him very well!!
