If it’s Kakashi he still has the power of the lightning either way you look at it lol. 1) He can still perform Raikiri/Chidori but it’s unsafe so he doesn’t and 2) He has Shiden aka Purple Lightning which extends the range of the jutsu, making it more viable so there’s no tunnel vision. Just being picky though.
