Rinnegan can't work if theres something obstructing your view and i'm pretty sure sharingan is in a similar boat, only byakugan can see through obstacles.

As for Naruto, he can sense emotions and therefore always knows where Sasuke is, he also has sage mode, which works even better than Kurama alone so combining those would give Naruto the ez victory.

Also Naruto is a sage so he literally doesn’t need vision lol.

Mans kind if like Goku in his Kami training, using his vision HINDERS his ability to perceive his surroundings. Goku is better off following Ki for faster reactions and Naruto is better off sensing nature energy and its flow and disruptions to scout out areas. That said though, Sasuke goes around with his Rinnegan covered and I doubt it doesn’t work, Sharingan might be different but Rinnegan probably does see through. Or else Nagato would be tripping everywhere lmaoo.
