• There is also the fact that Hashirama has more chakra than what Naruto divided amongst the shinobi alliance(or as much as KCM2 Naruto i dont remember the exact comparison) as an Edo Tensei. Chakra can be used to boost stats so I doubt Hiruzen can speedblitz him.

Having more chakra than someone doesnt necessarily mean you can speedblitz them. Rasenshuriken-training Naruto had more chakra than kakashi at that time period, and i dont think him in base is faster than kakashi in base at that time

Tobirama died on the day Hiruzen became a hokage (pre-hypothetical prime) and prime hiruzen could have still been a thing before minato was stated to be the fastest ninja when he was alive

• Hashirama alone was swapping hands with Majestic Kurama. According to Madara, his Susanoo was Bijuu level, so Hashirama fought the equivalent of Kurama+Shukkaku bare minimum. However Hiruzen could barely hold back Kurama with the aid of Enma.

I personally think madara was thinking that Edo SM madara might be able to beat juubito

And edo SM madara might be stronger than alive SM madara since edo does have the artificial rinnegan while alive SM madara (stated to be relative or equal to EMS madara) is blind

So the scaling might go like this:

Edo SM madara = Juubito > blind SM madara ~/= EMS madara = Hashirama =/~ Hypothetical prime hiruzen > edo madara

Madara's rinnegan as an Edo Tensei was pretty lame and it seemed like he was heavily nerfed by Edo Tensei

Hiruzen is just a huge overrated, many people believe that he's more powerful than he seems only 'cause has the title of God of shinobi.

Except that is impossible. In part 1, Tsunade was 51 and Hiruzen was 69. That is an 18 year difference. Tsunade made genin and was put under Hiruzen's tutelage at 6, making Hiruzen 24. Dan and Tsunade are about the same age and Dan died at 27. Dan would have been alive to witness 1st or 2nd hand for about 20 years of Hiruzens career, including during the 2nd World War, ages 24-44. Men tend to be physically at their prime frome late 20's to early 30's. Dan has knowledge of Hiruzen's power just before, during, and after Hiruzen's prime.

But you have no proof of that. Also, Naruto was 16 and didnt have the greatest Chakra control. If he had some experience with body flicker he very well could have

Minato died at age 24 12 years before Part 1, making Hiruzen 57. Minato's lifetime covered Hiruzen's from 33y.o.-57y.o. 33 is in the time frame for a man's prime. Aside from that, 4th Raikage said that Minato was the only person that was ever faster than him, and he was 47 during Part 2. Very much around during Prime Hiruzen.

This is false. Edo are always weaker than their living selves. Edo Madara was stopped by Edo Hashirama but after being revived and with no eyes, he was able to seemingly no diff Hashirama
