Minato: not overrated

Kakashi: Not overrated

Itachi: Overrated

Itachi is solo king Treycerti
. Of course he's the most overrated. But Sakura I'm confused about. I guess it's because of her healing.Minato is here on the other hand probably because of his feats. But Kakashi, probably because of DMS and his war arc feats. 

Itachi is by far the most overrated character in the whole universe, he’s strong and one of my favs but Itachitards always think he solos everyone

Adult sakura is underrated cause people cannot accept she is strong so sometimes showing her feats my overrate her a bit but it’s necessary
