Also pretty sure Itachi was 13 when he killed the clan so so even then we can't take those feats since we're using 12 yo Itachi and 12 year old Kakashi

After reading this, we can agree that this is a real close match but in the end Itachi has the slight edge for being able to master the Sharingan at Age 8 & for making the Anbu when he was 11, while Kakashi made it to Jonin at age 12, but his downfall here would be not being able to fully control his Sharingan & chidori.

The rank of anbu is very vague in terms of power since you dont have to be a chunin/jonin before becoming anbu

You can be an academy student and become an anbu, or genins and become anbu just fine

According to the images, clearly, Kakashi would win.

But if Itachi had the same age as Kakashi, then Itachi would win.

It’s almost as if you are saying anyone can join the anbu. You got to have some potential in your ninja skills to even join, you get trained until you are lethal. Itachi joining the Anbu is a better feat than Kakashi becoming jonin at age 12.

Yes, it is true that you have to have some skills to become anbu

But the general skills of someone being eligible to be anbu can vary very much

A jonin can be much more powerful than an anbu because their overall stats may surpass them

Example: Team 25 are in the anbu because of their teamwork and effiency in dealing with intelligence missions, but they all don't have jonin level skills or even most likely chunin level stats (like renga and hako)

Or hinoko, she got into the anbu because of her inventing a jutsu that is suitable to the anbu, not because of her general stats

It’s more than just general stats though, you just basically need to have the right skillset in order to become a legit assassin. That’s why it’s not just for anybody, so just becoming a member of the Anbu should have the same recognition of becoming a Jonin because I don’t believe there would be current genin or chunin who can compete with Anbu.

Speaking of the Anbu, what the heck happened to them post-Shippuden??

Not all anbu are assassins, they do various missions, not just kill people lol

If I’m not mistaken, I believe they still exist but Sai is just changing the culture that Danzo had. Just a guess. By the way, if you are going to be apart of an Assassination squad, I’m sure every single member should be capable of being an assassin even if you have a different role.
