Where would you put Boro's power (and therefore team 7)?

According to this, Code and Boro are equal and Above Delta

Before i'm pretty sure some of us had put Boro at significantly lower than Delta since he lost to boruto era team 7 but according to this he's above Delta. And in the manga Code was confident in he or Boro taking on opponents even if Delta loses.

Now the thing is, Kawaki states that Code is above Boro

This kinda throws the boruto scale off for me since Delta could keep up with suppressed kcm2 SM naruto. would it make sense for the boruto genin to be SOL?

Kawaki reacted to Delta's light beam somehow and Boro is supposed to be

above that yet Kawaki and team 7 can somehow keep up with that?

Ok so boro posseses abilities that is on the same level as codes, this doesn't mean his powers are on the same level. just that his abilities is on the same level. For example codes teleportation is the same level as boros regen.

As you see here, action marks was shown for kawaki meaning he reacted as soon as she was thrown into the air. Action marks means that he is in action\doing something, this means he could’ve already jumped before the beam was fired. So it’s not light speed it’s reletavistic+ since he jumped before the beam

People seem to assume that 2 characters having a similar threat level is the same as as them being equal in every way.

Look at Sasuke and Naruto. They are equal but excel in completely different areas

And Sarada is not the only one who gets the credit. All of team 7 had to analyse together for some time to figure out how to beat Boro
