Isshikis is just versatile

its how u use it. so its who uses it

There difference to sasuke using rinnegan and pain using rinnegan. isshikis dojutsu looked powerful as isshiki used it brilliantly. so generally ms is stronger.

We don't know what Ishikki dojutsu does, it doesn't even have a name yet.

The ms just has so many broken abilities to it like obitos could use kamui, izanagi and assumably izanami as well.

Ishikis dojutsu could create disruption cube, shrink literally anything except living things, so it could even avoid genjutsu
