I think Kaguya with Rinne Sharingan was superior to them. However, Fused Momo was also very powerful.

Then kurotsuchi~kinshiki > 1 eyed madara > revived madara > edo madara > 5 kage at once.

Still vastly superior to the 5 shippuden kage together so onoki gets blitzed.

Sasuke has battled Kinshiki and has seen momoshiki fight before

Seeing as sasuke let the 4 kages battled momo and kinshiki directly (boruto was backup, so he doesnt count) means that he thinks they are at least relative to the duo to be able to stand a chance

and then Momo solo took out all the Kage

Fused momoshiki wasnt in their plan as they havent seen that ability from the otsutsuki before

I would say that Kurotsuchi is just a bit weaker than Kinshiki , just a bit.

Still stomps Onoki either way. we're really just using the argument that since she can keep up with kinshiki in the first place, at least for a while, that far exceeds what the shippuden kage are capable of achieving.
