If you want planetary level power (for god knows why), pick Tenseigan. Extremely powerful and can be more overpowered if you trained it.
Byakugan (a toned down Tenseigan) for everyday life purposes & fighting as well. I would pick Tenseigan since it has the properties of the Byakugan and is also powerful.
