Probably Luffy? 6 or 8/10 times

KCM Naruto doesn't have the destructive capabilities to atomize Luffy completely (aside from the Rasenshuriken, but that's debatable) and even then there's a high probability that Luffy's reaction speed would just be too greater for Naruto to mark him

Luffy getting past KCM Naruto's defenses will be a challenge, but not hard. Ultimately I believe he'd be able to beat him

I think that Naruto win High diff

Naruto is stronger but not buy too much, KCM Naruto is comparable to Edo Nagato who scale to his weaken Chibaku Tensei that have calc that put it at 1. 69 petatons

I mean if you're gonna bring specific calculations that people from vs battle put up for AP and speed its kinda showing that you're already ready for one side to win but i'll play along and say Luffy wins because toon force.

Also Naruto barely reacts to Madara's light fang so Naruto's not light speed in KCM1

Kcm naruto on that picture is not faster then light, current luffy is barely ftl

Luffy has durability negation and doesn't need to get past narutos defences
