I mean if you're gonna bring specific calculations that people from vs battle put up for AP and speed its kinda showing that you're already ready for one side to win but i'll play along and say Luffy wins because toon force.

Also Naruto barely reacts to Madara's light fang so Naruto's not light speed in KCM1

Kcm naruto on that picture is not faster then light, current luffy is barely ftl

Luffy has durability negation and doesn't need to get past narutos defences

The whitebeard scale was horrible whitebeard simply went behind him while he was charging up his own travel speed, he didn't even catch kizaru while he was moving mid air but rather when he was standing still ready to be transported via light. Then in a later scene when whitebeard had the chance to prove himslef he simply got blitzed by kizaru from a longer distance away. He got blitzed by baseline lightspeed

Also the lightspeed scale is ass, it was already stated in the manga that they didn't even belive ay and tsuande would even survive lightspeed. If ay really was lightspeed Or close to lightspeed like the scan said, he wouldn't need to use that machine to travel, it would be faster just to run there himself and he would be able to do that within the timespan it took for them to think about the dangers of travelling that fast. The manga goes against the databooks, the databooks are secondary canon witch means what’s stated in the manga is what counts the most.

That only gives him the ability to resist that type of durability negation, with the same force. durability negation isn't just one singular ability.
