Neji’s attack only attacks the chakra network if the chakra network is stopped it causes damage to the organs. Neji only attacked the network.

Mabui was stressed about raiakge taking the travel machine, the raiakage is famous for his speed, if he was just as fast as thetravel machine then she would not need to look stressed.
