No I'm saying that the Anbu aren't SOL, reason for that claim is that if you use "as" or "like" to describe something then it's a simile. In other words it doesn't mean that they're literally moving at light speed. It's just used to make it sound more dramatic.

No we already know that the manga says light fang, witch is probably the only attack witch actually has light in the name. I am not picking and chosing light fang was the only lightspeed statement after mabuis transfer contradicted everything that was stated before it.

My point is naruto has not been shown to regenerate more organs at the same time or more vital organs such as the brain and heart. Yes it does becasue if combat speed always was above combat speed then since the raikage has faster travel speed then minato would also mean that he has faster combat speed. Actually the raikage has really bad combat speed, he is just constantly being shown using body flicker to try and blitz opponents.
No it’d not stated that the shinobi uses chakra to increase their speedin combat, their speed in combat isn't even combat speed. In a fight you use almost every metric. Combat speed is how fast you can punch, kick etc
Show me a statement that says the raiakge is close to lightspeed/lightspeed in combat speed. It was only stated that he was roushing near lightspeed witch means it was his actual travel speed.
Your scan only stated that the raikage was able to have equal reactions to the yellow flash nothing had to do with combat speed. Tobirma placing tags on jubito is an example of combat speed where he only moved his arms.
Another thing on combat speed, raikages punch when trying to blitz someone literally moves the same speed as his forward motion
