If they're all alive and in one spot, I can see Naruto mopping house pretty easily, but if you allow Edo's it gets more complicated and then if we count Zetsu/Hagoromo it gets iffy on whether he can really 100% them, mostly because the latters in a psuedo-afterlife. Naruto probably doesn't have a way to kill him.
